9th Circuit Office of the Solicitor

 Prosecution of criminal charges in Charleston and Berkeley County are handled by the 9th Circuit Solicitor, Scarlett A. Wilson. Website contains a schedule of Roll Call, Bond Hearings and Pleas; as well as answers to questions about expungement, diversion services and victim & witness programs.

Charleston County Clerk of Court

The Clerk's Office provides administrative support for the Civil, Criminal and Family Court. This office also maintains dockets of the courts, receives and disburses child support fees, fines and costs, and maintains court records. You can find court schedules, and actual documents on file with the courts of Charleston County.
